To create a video with Plotagon Studio, users can start by selecting a scene or setting from the program’s library. In the last year or so, I’ve worked with several tools to animate scenes, stories, exercises, etc.Plotagon Studio is an easy-to-use program that allows users to create animated videos and movies by typing out dialogue and selecting character actions and expressions. I’ve done this because I want to produce real cartoon animation such as Sofia the first, LEGO Ninjago, etc. I found production and post-production overwhelming & because I like to see results quickly & because I like animated films. Then I came about one animation software in particular because of its easy User Interface features point-and-click characters and drag-and-drop scripts which is Plotagon.
What I like about Plotagon is it focuses more on writing than any other app I’ve seen. Plotagon Studio and Plotagon story are two apps, created by Plotagon, that lets students and teachers create 3D-animated videos just by typing out the manuscript. The Characters in the app speaks out the written text in English or if you like you can write in any language to record voices of any language too. Plotagon Studio is a desktop application while Plotagon Story is a mobile application.Ĭreating an animated video with Plotagon studio or Plotagon story takes only a few minutes. Users simply choose some characters, select their scenes, type words for their characters to say, and press play to see a script performed as an animated story. A wide variety of scenes and pre-made characters are available.
Users can create their characters as well, choosing from a wide variety of facial features, hair, clothing, and accessories. Videos can be stylized by adding emotions, actions, music, and sound effects via simple pull-down menus.
